PROJECT DESIGN ENGINEER – CIVIL/SITE DEVELOPMENT

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (BSCE), EIT preferred, with two (2) plus years’ experience in land development design, construction plans development, and agency permitting in South Carolina. Experience and technical skills related to stormwater management modeling, hydrological and hydraulic analyses, grading/earthwork designs and other site development related elements are desired.

Demonstrated skills in the project development process to achieve concept layouts through designs and construction plans is required. Ability to interact well with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail is desirable. Ability and willingness to work in a team environment will be important to your success.

 

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture with a professional registration as a landscape architect in South Carolina, or the ability to obtain within one-year. Five (5) plus years’ experience with master planning, site planning and conceptual design, detailed site grading design, and landscape planting designs. Strong project research skills are desired. Experience and detailed knowledge in stormwater management facilities planning and design is a plus.

Our projects range from park and recreation facilities, educational facilities and other municipal projects, streetscapes and transportation corridor planning, and commercial/industrial site development. Demonstrated skills in the project development process to achieve concept layouts through designs and construction plans is required. Ability to interact well with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail is desirable. Ability and willingness to work in a team environment will be important to your success.
